Mayor of Oakland, Ca., Jean Quan, was born on October 21, 1949 in Livermore California. It would seem that being mayor of Oakland would be a real test at any time, but for Jean, a Libra with Pallas, Mercury, Neptune, south node, Moon, Ceres and the Sun all in Libra with Saturn moving thru all of them as it transits Libra now, life is a challenge.
To boot, as Uranus moves into square Pluto next year, it squares her own Uranus placement, while Pluto opposes it. In most other times, Uranus can create a sudden job change, or sudden move, or in some other way, changes we have to deal with. Even other Libra 1949ers might see that, but when you're mayor of one of the biggest cities in the country, and it seems to be a lightning rod for these things, it's not easy being Jean Quan right now.
